Welcome to the guide that will hopefully help you with creating good habits regarding hygiene. Lots of people get to know things as they grow up by trying them out, seeing their siblings do it or friends telling them. But not everyone, and certainly not everything there is to know.

Keeping good personal hygiene should not take you more than 30 minutes a day. This guide may seem a bit long, but that is because it also explains why something is good or bad, and not only the fundamentals, tips and tricks.

The guide has been written by a man, which means that there are some sections specifically for men with their female equivalents missing. I hope someone can fill in the gaps for me someday soon.
