Sports are good for you in a bunch of different ways; they make you stronger, improve your stamina, and make you happy. On top of that, being good at multiple sports enables you to have fun performing them with your friends or socialize with new teammates. I'll be explaining the basic ideas, rules, techniques and tips & tricks of multiple sports. I won't be giving specific exercises or ways to get in shape, those are confined to the Fitness course.
Prerequisites: Attributes for the type of sport, space and time to practice.
